1. This app DOES NOT integrate any third-party AI SDKs or third-party AI services.

2. We DO NOT share, transmit or disclose any user data, images or personal information to any third-party AI vendors or third-party services.

3. All AI processing runs exclusively on our own proprietary servers using our internally pre-trained models.

4. All user images are transmitted via HTTPS to our own servers only, and original images are permanently deleted immediately after video generation.

AI Strawberry Pulse ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we process, how we use and protect it, and your rights when using the AI Strawberry Pulse iOS application (the "App").

1. Service Description

AI Strawberry Pulse is an AI-powered application that converts user-provided images into videos. Based on an image actively selected or captured by the user, the App leverages our own proprietary AI models to generate customized video content as requested by the user.

2. User Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App requests specific permissions from iOS systems. All permissions are used only for video generation and require explicit user initiation:

• Camera Access: Used to capture new images from the camera for AI video generation. For example: you take a photo, and we use it to generate a custom video.
• Photo Library Access: Used to select existing images from your device photo library for AI video generation. For example: you choose a picture from your album, and we use it to generate a custom video.
• Photo Library Add Access: Used to save generated AI videos to your device photo library.

Key Notes:

• Before any image upload operation, the user must take explicit action (select/capture an image and click the "Generate" button).
• All permissions are requested via standard iOS system prompts and can be modified at any time in the iOS Settings app.

3. Data Involved in Generation

We only process the minimum amount of data necessary to deliver the video generation service, including:

• Images actively selected or captured by the user (the core input for video generation).
• Minimum technical request metadata required to complete AI inference (e.g., request ID, device compatibility information, and generation task parameters).

We do not collect, process, or store any additional personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the requested service.

4. Data Transmission and Processing

We adhere to strict data handling protocols throughout the video generation process:

1. Users actively select or capture an image and initiate the generation request.
2. The selected/captured image is transmitted exclusively to our proprietary AI Strawberry Pulse servers via HTTPS protocol (ensuring end-to-end encryption).
3. AI inference is performed using our company's internally pre-trained models—no external AI models or services are used.
4. Generated video results are returned directly to the AI Strawberry Pulse App for the user to view, save, or share.
5. Immediately upon completion of video generation, the original uploaded image is permanently deleted from our servers—no copies are retained.

Important Data Commitments:

• We do not save user images, facial/body feature data, or any cache files that could be used for model training.
• We do not share any user personal data with third-party artificial intelligence vendors.
• This version of the App does not integrate any third-party artificial intelligence development kits (SDKs).

5. Purpose of Data Processing

All data processing activities are solely for the purpose of delivering the video generation service requested by the user:

• To convert user-provided images into high-quality AI-generated videos as requested.
• To ensure the generated videos are delivered reliably back to the user's device.

We never use uploaded images or derived visual traits for advertising targeting, identity recognition, user profiling, or any other unrelated purposes.

6. Face and Body Data Statement

We do not collect, store, or share facial data or body feature data as independent categories of personal information. Any incidental processing of such features within user-uploaded images is strictly limited to video generation and does not involve biometric identification, profiling, or permanent storage.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We maintain strict control over user data and do not share it with third parties except as required by law:

• We do not sell, rent, or transfer user images, video generation data, or personal information to any third party.

• Original user-uploaded images: Deleted immediately after video generation is completed (no retention).
• Temporary processing data (e.g., intermediate AI inference data): Deleted immediately after video generation is completed.
• Facial/body feature data (incidental to images): Not stored or retained in any form after generation.
• Generated videos: Stored only on the user's device (we do not retain copies of generated videos on our servers).

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between the App and our servers.
• Strict access controls to our internal servers (limited to authorized personnel only).
